On the Easel

Last Sunday after our trip to Cleveland I had the urge to paint on a large canvas. I didn't have a canvas. Or an easel to hold a larger canvas. Or much paint that wasn't dried up.

So I spent a massive amount of money I didn't have and started a random large painting. Do I have a concept/idea? Not really. I just wanted to get paint to surface asap and get back to the feel of paint.

So we will see where it goes. I am trying out a few different techniques including possibly using pan pastel and clear gesso.

Now I just need some time off of work!
