Pittsburgh and a Play

In a few days I leave for Pittsburgh on my annual bday trip with the bestie. Last year we didn't get to go do anything so this year I am especially excited. We have a food tour booked and I have reservations on my birthday at a restaurant at the top of the Duesquene incline. The views look amazing and I am hoping the food is as amazing as the views. I wrote to them ahead of time and told them I would like a seat with a view - but we shall see what happens. I better be prepared to spend 60 bucks just on cocktails. lol. I considered posting my Venmo on social media for donations....because holy crap. lol. Then there is a cigar bar and I might pop in for a yearly smoke and a whiskey. On bestie's bday we are going to a Halloween themed bar.

I hope we have a lot of fun and my fat ass body and plantar fasciitis (sp?) doesn't ruin my time. I have been stuck in a basement for so long I NEED THIS.

I went back to the salon and had my debacle of a hair disaster fixed. I am now the proud owner of black hair with some grey streaks and she said they will only get better over time. It takes several sessions to make it really pop - but she said she wanted to try and at least get me close to what I wanted before my birthday. She fixed the cut too. It might be a little shorter than I wanted, but she made do with what the other lady left her.

I am house managing tonight for a play I cannot wait to see. Let vacation begin!
